Purpose of the App
Perk Ledger is provided for personal organization and informational tracking only. The app helps users manually track credit card annual fees, recurring benefits, statement credits, and benefit usage.
Perk Ledger is not financial, tax, legal, accounting, banking, or investment advice.
Manual Entry and User Responsibility
The app currently relies on manual user entry. Users are responsible for verifying credit card benefits, fees, eligibility rules, expiration dates, and issuer terms directly with their card issuer.
RL Ventures Group LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any user-entered or app-displayed information. The app does not guarantee that using a benefit will result in statement credits, reimbursement, or any other outcome from a card issuer.
Device Security and Data
Users are responsible for maintaining their own device security and backups. RL Ventures Group LLC is not responsible for lost data, missed credits, expired benefits, or financial decisions made based on the app.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use Perk Ledger only for lawful personal organization and tracking purposes. Users may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with the app’s normal operation, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RL Ventures Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses related to use of Perk Ledger. This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, missed credits, expired benefits, incorrect entries, or decisions made based on app information.
Changes, Availability, and Discontinuation
RL Ventures Group LLC may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Perk Ledger or parts of the app at any time. The app may not always be available, and features may change over time.
RL Ventures Group LLC may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated terms.
